Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed and 3D printed locally in Michigan. We take pride in creating each item with care and attention to quality.
What are your products made from?
Our products are made from durable 3D printed plastic. This material is lightweight, strong, and well-suited for everyday use.
Are all items exactly the same?
Because each item is 3D printed, you may notice slight variations or visible layer lines. These are a natural part of the process and part of what makes each piece unique.
Are your products durable?
Yes. Our items are designed to be both functional and long-lasting. While they are durable, we recommend normal care and handling for the best longevity.
How should I clean or care for my item?
Most items can be wiped clean or lightly washed as needed. Avoid excessive heat, as 3D printed materials can be sensitive to high temperatures.
Do you offer custom products?
Yes. We’re happy to work with you on custom items.
Please contact us with details about what you’re looking for. We may request photos or drawings, and a phone consultation may be needed to better understand your needs. Once the design is finalized, we will provide pricing.
You can then place your order through the custom item option on our website. After payment is confirmed, production will begin. For more complex designs, a deposit may be required, which will be discussed upfront.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, your item(s) will be shipped out.
Are backorders an option?
Some items may be backordered depending on demand. If this happens, we will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe based on our production schedule.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped using USPS standard shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its delivery.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
